During the course of this management I have had a number of small maintenance issues arise and Robert has had these all dealt with quickly and efficiently and has great contacts who provide service at a very reasonable price also. He is very effective at dealing with tenants, at all times courteous but also firm when required. When looking for someone to let and manage our property, Robert responded immediately and accommodated us without hesitation by visiting our home on a Saturday. He was patient and extremely helpful in explaining the process and what to expect if we were to use his services or not. His advice and guidance in navigating the paperwork was fantastic. Robert had tenants in the property within two weeks, after a thorough screening process while always keeping us in the loop. House checks were performed periodically; which were always extremely positive. This showed the standard of tenant that Robert provides for his clients. Any issues with the property were dealt with immediately. A handyman was available to address any problems that arose. When the washing machine broke (old age), Robert provided three quotes on new units and had a new one in place the following day. If you are considering renting your property and wish to have a hassle free experience, I cannot recommend Robert highly enough.

We first used Robert’s letting service almost two years ago and we were extremely impressed and happy with the whole process. Robert took responsibility from start to finish, keeping us constantly up to date with progress, and within a few days of our original tenants moving out Robert had high quality tenants in place at a higher rent than we previously had. The changeover could not have been easier with Robert dealing with everything from the rental agreement to key handover. This excellent service was at a very reasonable price and worth every cent.
We were so impressed with our experience that we asked Robert to manage the property for us also and to take over the management of a second property which we own. This proved to be a very wise move. Robert looks after rent collection and every month without fail the rent is paid directly into our account on the due date. Over the last couple of years, in each property, various issues big and small have arisen such as problems with appliances, alarm problems, plumbing problems, various tenant queries/requests etc.
Robert has dealt with every such issue quickly, politely and professionally leading to happy tenants and happy landlords. He has an excellent network of professional tradesmen with whom he deals. In one instance Robert, on getting a report from one of our tenants of a potentially serious leak, had a plumber on site immediately limiting the damage and planning and carrying out necessary repairs - Robert called us within minutes of his arrival at the property with a full update - all this late on a Monday night! That is the sort of service which is invaluable and hard to find.
We cannot recommend Robert highly enough for both his letting and management services and we count ourselves very lucky to have found him.

Rob was recommended to me by a good friend. I was having difficulty renting my apartment. My friend suggested I contact Rob, as she had recently rented a house from him and had nothing but good things to say about him. When I contacted Rob, I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely helpful, more than happy to give me sound advice. He was so easy to speak to and deal with and his fees were extremely competitive. I knew that Rob was the man to look after my property for me. Within two weeks Rob had found new tenants and organised the lease and background checks etc. Rob also looks after the maintenance of the property for me, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. There have been a few instances where things have gone wrong or appliances broke in the apartment. On one occasion the washing machine needed replacing. Rob dealt directly with the tenants, purchased the new machine on my behalf, arranged installation and disposal of the old machine and billed me for the costs. For me this really is the cherry on the top. Rob deducts maintenance charges from the rent on a quarterly basis, which is convenient and a thought free process for me. I really cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He is a pleasure to deal with and takes the worry and stress out of renting my apartment.

We decided to use Robert Lowry Properties based on reviews from other landlords. From first contact with Robert we found him to be very professional and reliable and all phone calls were followed up promptly. Before tenants moved in Robert gave very practical advice on what needed to be replaced or improved. In our case we replaced carpets which Robert organised within a matter of days at a very reasonable rate. We also used a plumber recommended by Robert when a tenant had a problem with central heating. Again this was organised promptly and we were given regular updates on when work would be done, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. As we both work this saved us having to take time off work and also took the hassle out of finding a reliable tradesman.
Our tenants moved out recently and within one week Robert had found new tenants. He kept us fully informed at all times about viewings, tenants references etc and all paperwork was handled very efficiently. We recommended Robert Lowry Properties to a family friend and she was also very impressed with the service provided.
We feel we get an excellent service at a very good price and would highly recommend Robert to any other landlord.

Since Robert Lowry stepped in and took over the management of my property, my occupation rate has been practically 100%, a real achievement in these difficult times for landlords. It is a real advantage that Robert is located in the area, and that he is willing to show property in the evenings and at weekends if necessary.
Robert also looks after all the maintenance of the properties. He has great contacts locally with all the trades. Unfortunately I have had to call on him quite frequently recently to resolve issues, but regardless if it is a blown up boiler, faulty shower, broken washing machine, or just general maintenance of having a room painted or the gardens tidied up, Robert manages to have the problem resolved, very promptly and at an economic cost, which is a great service to both myself and my tenants.
Robert deals with my tenants beautifully, polite but firm. I have used Robert to collect rent arrears and he successfully deals with them most efficiently and with great charm. Robert is extremely methodical on the administrative side, i.e. documentation, bank transfers etc. He is easily contactable and responds promptly to phone calls and emails.
In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend Robert and his company. Robert is extremely industrious and goes out of his way to provide an excellent service, and I am more than happy with the results as I believe Robert is providing an excellent service to me at a very reasonable cost. Robert has a personal email and telephone number for me and I would be delighted to speak to any potential landlords regarding this company.
