Lettings Service

 


As part of our comprehensive service: 

 

  • We liaise with present tenants re: brochure and viewings, if required

  • We will compile a Full Colour Brochure including Photos

  • We create adverts on www.daft.ie, www.myhome.ie and www.property.ie

  • We handle Enquiries from potential tenants 6 days a week, 13 hours a day

  • View property 6 days per week

  • We will fully evaluate all potential tenants and check all references

  • We will arrange Lease agreements for 12 months and handle the changeover of the utility bills into the tenants' names

  • We provide regular contact and feedback throughout the process and we guarantee a phone call to the landlord after all viewings

  • When we find suitable tenants to our clients liking, we handle moving the tenant in and deposit collection


Our Letting Fees are extremely competitive and are only payable when we find you suitable tenants and they move in

 

We also cover all Marketing and Advertising costs
